Ryan's Studio

I met Ryan Compton back in 2009 when I first moved to New York City right after grad school. He and I were working at The Conran Shop, which was an upscale design store on the Upper East Side. That's also where we met Angela Velasquez. I was lucky to have met them and we had a good time working together while we were scurrying below the Queensborough bridge.

Ryan is currently enrolled at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago: SAIC and is a second-year graduate student studying studio art. This past summer, Ryan was extremely nice to tour me around SAIC and also showed me his huge studio.
