MoMA PS1

While I was in New York City in back September, I was able to head into Long Island City to visit MoMA's PS1 for the NY Art Book Fair to meet my delightful friend Julia. I befriended Julia while working at the Met several years ago, she went away to Norway for grad school, she has since returned to New York, and I was so thrilled to meet up with her after a very long time. PS1 is an extension of the MoMA and is situated in an old New York public school (hence PS1--public school number 1). Julia caught me up on all her artistic endeavors and gave me some great contemporary art resources. We had a very nice afternoon and it was wonderful to see all the many art publications being produced by so many artists.
